Our online workshops have varying time commitments depending on the subject’s complexity and material depth. Each course description includes an estimated time commitment to plan your study schedule.

Each live class is scheduled for a set day/time. You register for a specific day/time and will know at the time of scheduling the time, location and length of the class.

You must put in effort and time to succeed in our courses and classes. While the concept of effort correlating to outcome is universal, it applies with extra force when the goal is to transform behavior and relationships. Changing habits and behaviors require repetitive effort to create a meaningful impact. Active participation and dedication lead to better results, and accomplishment is born from struggle and adversity. The process won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. Only sign up if you’re ready to commit and willing to do the hard work. Before we can help, you must be ready to learn.

Logged in members can send instant messages to their connections by clicking the messages icon in the header bar. Group members can also post in the group activity feed and @mention a connection. To make messages fun and engaging, we've integrated Giphy so that members can send gifs.

The activity feed is your window to our community’s pulse, providing a space to share updates, ask questions, and interact with other members’ content. This personalized feed keeps you updated on the latest happenings within the community, enabling you to comment, like, and engage with posts in real-time. Whether you want to share a personal achievement, ask for advice, or participate in discussions, the activity feed provides an easy way to connect with others and express yourself.

Groups let you connect with like-minded individuals who share your interests or goals. Within a group, you can post and respond to other's posts in the activity feed, post and respond to group discussions, access group documents, view group members, and access any upcoming scheduled Zoom Meetings. 

Social groups are integrated into many courses. The course sales page indicates if the course has a social group under "Member Benefits." Access to the course group is automatic upon enrolling in the associated course.

Our group discussion forums allow you to engage with our community by starting new conversations and replying to existing threads. You can easily subscribe to specific topics to stay updated on conversations that matter to you.
